Participants at the event expressed much interest in the new solution and reactions to the demo, held by the company, were very favorable.
NFVTime is an open and neutral full NFV service environment that allows telecom service providers and network integrators a smooth launch path to NFV services.
The NFVTime suite enables operators to choose any x86 hardware to deploy multiple, tested, preconfigured and automatically provisioned virtual network functions (VNFs), and start providing rich carrier grade services in a fast and simple manner.
Telco Systems held special demos of the NFVTime vCPE solution suite to leading global communication service providers (CSPs), including Telefónica and PCCW.
The Telco Systems’ special demo demonstrated how NFVTime works together with applications developed by Netrounds, Fortinet and Silver Peak.
Interest was not limited to the conference attendees, and analysts have been showing high interest in Telco Systems solutions. So for example, Raanan Tzemach, VP of Product, Marketing and Professional Services met with Michael Howard, SDNs and NFV analyst at IHS Infonetics.
It should be noted that Telco systems was named last month as an SDN & NFV Market Disruptor by GlobalData.
In a special report, GlobalData praised Telco Systems for effectively transitioning from a hardware-focused carrier Ethernet equipment supplier to a provider of virtual network solutions, enabling service providers to address new virtual customer premise, access and aggregation markets.
GlobalData also highlighted the benefits of the NFVTime solution for providing a transforming approach for telcos to launch new vCPE services.
The Paris show also provided Telco System with an opportunity to present our vision at two special speaking engagements.
Raanan Tzemach, VP of Product, Marketing, and Professional Services at Telco Systems, held a presentation entitled “Now is the NFV Time to Drive new Manager Services Revenue.”
Tzemach discussed strategies to implement cost effective NFV in the access to shorten time to revenues and support introduction new revenue generator for MSP and SPs.
At the same event, Rami Yaron, VP, Strategy and Business Development at Telco Systems, who Co-Chairs the MEF Global Marketing Committee, chaired a lunch meeting.
