Weinstein brings over 20 years of management experience and a strong track record in the telecommunications and hi-tech industries to Telco Systems. Prior to this recent appointment, Weinstein was President and CEO of ECtel, a provider of revenue management solutions to the telecommunications industry. He has also held senior positions with VocalTec, Net-Manage, KLA-Tencor Corp, Scitex Corp and Intel.

David Moses has unparalleled background in Ethernet technology with over 15 years of experience in engineering and networking. After 6 years as VP of SW Engineering, Mr. Moses was appointed to the role of VP R&D. Prior to joining the company, he worked for N-BASE Communications (MRV) and RAD Network devices (RND). At MRV David led the development of DirectIP technology for Router acceleration and Linux Router concepts. In RND he was a member of the team developed the industry first deployed IP and Decnet routers. Mr. Moses is graduated in physics by the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology.

Taylor Salman joined the company as Vice President for Marketing, Product Management and Business Development. Taylor brings with him over 20 years of experience in software, hardware and telecommunications. Most recently, Taylor worked for Tata Communications, helping to grow their North American enterprise business by 65% in two years. Prior to that, he worked for Ciena as the Director of Global Marketing, and was responsible for marketing and business development for Ciena's mobile backhaul, cable operator and government markets. Taylor also held marketing and technical positions at RCN Metro (now Sidera Networks), OPNET Technologies, CACI, and Booz Allen & Hamilton. Taylor holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, where he was a Rodman Scholar, and an M.S. in Telecommunications and Computers from George Washington University.

Moshe Shimon is VP Product Manager for Telco Systems. He is responsible for the strategic planning and development of new IP products as well as enhancements to the Company’s current IP product line. Prior to joining Telco Systems, he served product management positions with ECI and Nokia Siemens. Moshe has 15 years of experience in the telecoms industry, mainly in packet and switching technologies. Moshe holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, and an MBA degree from Haifa University, Israel.

Reini (Reinhard) Florin brings over 25 years of experience in managing sales teams and has been instrumental in profit growth for both public and private companies. As vice president, Florin manages the North American sales and support team for the Company’s IP product line. He has extensive sales and marketing experience within the telecommunications sector in general and the IP Ethernet, mobile operator, wireless backhaul, and microwave markets in particular. Reini was most recently General Manager of Americas for Fusion Products at DragonWave. He has also served at Axerra (acquired by Dragonwave), SilverStorm Technologies (acquired by QLogic), Carrier Access, and Paragon Networks (acquired by Carrier Access). Reini holds a B.S. in Management from Ball State University and MBA from the University of South Florida.

Hector Menjivar has over 20 years of experience in international sales and a strong expertise in distribution channels and long-term strategic planning. Hector has played a pivotal role in the Company’s success in adding global telecommunication companies as customers and establishing a base of Tier 1 service providers within Latin America. Prior to joining Telco Systems, Hector was director of Latin American sales at Metrobility (acquired by Telco Systems in 2006). He holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics from University of Central Florida.

Based in Paris, Francois Tournesac has 20 years of experience spanning both fixed and mobile telecommunications. Francois previously served as head of IP/Ethernet sales for Nokia Siemens Networks, where he was responsible for targeting mobile operators in Europe and Asia. Francois also served as Europe's marketing co-chair of the Metro Ethernet standards evolution. Earlier Francois served as Vice President of Sales with Atrica, where he initialized the enterprise Carrier Ethernet services with major European providers, using his 3Com data networking expertise developed in Asia and Europe.

Orlando Tan comes to Telco Systems from Audiocodes where he served as Vice President of Sales in APAC. Orlando has 18 years of experience in the information and communications technology industry with a solid track record in sales management, channel development and new business strategy. Orlando has spearheaded sales, new business and channel strategy for various organizations in both the service provider and enterprise sectors. In addition to Audiocodes, Orlando has served as the APAC region vice president of sales for ECtel and RoAPAC ECI Telecom.

Moti is Vice President of Operations for Telco Systems, a position he has held since 1990. Moti has strong technical and business qualifications with an impressive track record of more than 30 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management, and system engineering strategies. Prior to joining the company, he worked at Gambit, Fibronix and Elbit. Moti holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering, from Ben Gurion University, Israel.

Dave is Vice President of Finance for Telco Systems, a position he has held since December of 2000. Dave is responsible for all finance, legal and human resource matters for the company. Joining Telco in 1988 as Fiber Optics Division Controller, Dave has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of finance and administration.

Earlier in his career, he held financial management positions at Power General Corp., Unitrode Corp. and Data General. Dave holds a B.S. in Accounting from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
