Itzik Weinstein - CEO
Weinstein brings over 20 years of management experience and a strong track record in the telecommunications and hi-tech industries to Telco Systems. Prior to this recent appointment, Weinstein was President and CEO of ECtel, a provider of revenue management solutions to the telecommunications industry. He has also held senior positions with VocalTec, Net-Manage, KLA-Tencor Corp, Scitex Corp and Intel.

Nir Halachmi - Product Line Manager, Mobile Backhaul
Nir Halachmi is responsible for the design and development of Telco Systems' mobile backhaul solutions focusing on both cellular and wireless technology as well as QoS, data security and communications. Nir has spent the past 12 years developing and managing telecommunications products within both the wired and the wireless industries, and has worked across various technologies including Carrier Ethernet, circuit emulation, MPLS, IP, Wi-Fi and WiMAX. He has acquired expertise in cellular and wireless technology, QoS, data security and communications while working with partners and customers to implement various solutions. Nir holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Inter-Disciplinary Center (IDC) in Israel.

Aviv Miller - Product Line Manager, AdvancedTCA
Aviv Miller is responsible for the development and evolution of Telco Systems’ AdvancedTCA product line. He previously served as business development manager for Advantech REP, system integrator for ATCA products and embedded solutions, Arrow OCS where he specialized in hardware platforms for TEMs/NEPs. He holds a BSC in electronic and computer engineering from Ben Gurion University in Israel.

Irit holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management and an MBA from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion).
