EdgeLink Hub, multi-service distribution hub, enables service providers to more efficiently deliver T1, T3, and STS-1s services from their core transport systems by eliminating stranded bandwidth. Its ease of operation and flexibility allows them to quickly and cost-effectively expand service delivery without the burden and cost of additional shelves. This compact CO solution, only 5 RU, can hub up to 3 OC-3, 9 STS-1, or 9 DS3 drops off core transport equipment such as SONET add/drop multiplexers (ADM), digital cross-connect (DCS) or C.O. switch, for high density DS1 distribution.
