Press Releases 12 January 2007Telco Systems to Demonstrate Interoperable Converged MPLS Services with OAM Service Assurance at the Public Multi-Vendor MPLS World Congress Testing and Showcase Tel Aviv, Israel (January 12 , 2007) --Telco Systems, a provider of carrier-class transport and access solutions for public and private IP and TDM networks, today announced that it will participate at the MPLS interoperability tests with multiple vendors. The testing will commence in mid January and conducted by the European Advanced Networking Test Center (EANTC) MPLS Interoperability showcase presented at the MPLS World Congress in Paris, France, in February.State-of-the-Art MPLS architectures and application would be evaluated at the EANTC technical hot-staging held in Berlin. The test results will be demonstrated in a public show case at the MPLS World Congress – the most significant European MPLS conference – in Paris, France, in February 2007. Service providers will support the preparation of the test plan and participate in the hot-staging and public events with 3 main areas: Inter-Carrier connectivity solutions, Multicast VPN services and multi-vendor service provisioning and fault management. Telco Systems will provide its T-Metro 100, T-Metro 200, T-Marc 250, and T-Marc 254 for testing in the access and edge network to be successfully interoperate with other vendors in T-MPLS rings, using various OAM-based techniques in order to assure service up-time and delivery.
