Telco Systems’ VP Products Raanan Tzemach to discuss NFVi innovation in the edge at Intel’s Network Builders Summit

Raanan Tzemach, VP Product Management and Marketing at Telco Systems, will participate in a special workshop dedicated to NFV Infrastructure (NFVi) as part of the SDN & NFV World Congress 2017, which will take place on October 9–13, 2017 in The Hague, Netherlands.

Tzemach will take part in the NFVi Partner Panel, which is part of the Intel Network Builders Summit, which is scheduled for 10:10 am on Monday, October 9.

The panel will focus on different aspects relating to NFVi including the following issues:

  • What are the key challenges for data centers and what are the differences between NFVi and NFV (uCPE and POD)?
  • What are the implications or additional requirements for MANO to support uCPE?
  • Is there a need for additional MANO mediation solutions to bridge the gaps?


Other participants at the panel include Charlie Ashton, Director of Business Development at Wind River, Timo Jokiaho, Head of Telco Technology Office at Red Hat, Paul Stevens, Telecom Sector Marketing Director, at Advantech and François Lemarchand, Strategic Product Director at Ericsson. The event will be moderated by Bryan Madden, Director of Marketing, Network Platforms Group, Intel.
