Telco Systems realizes that purchasing the right equipment is not enough to meet the solution that best fits their customers. Strong support services such as the Lifecycle Support Program gives customers the technical know-how to take full advantage of the technologies they purchased from Telco Systems and ensures they work seamlessly with technologies they have in place from other vendors.
“Telco Systems’ Lifecycle Support Program eases the deployment of new Ethernet services, reduces the time to market, and minimizes training requirements of personnel,” said Avi Cohen, executive vice president of marketing and business development at Telco Systems. “This program is a true asset as it will free up our customers’ internal resources to focus on their core businesses.”
“Telco Systems’ Professional Service team went beyond normal training to familiarize us with new Ethernet technologies and assist us in the planning and design phase of our backhaul network,” stated David Niblett, lead network administrator at Gainesville Regional Utilities in Florida. “They were always onboard during the installation process matching the equipment configurations to the customer requirements, as well as isolating, troubleshooting and fixing any issue as we transitioned from the test network to live customer traffic. Our customer, a major mobile operator, was extremely pleased with the quick response time to issues.”
