Why did Telco Systems rebrand to BATM Networks?
Telco Systems has been a proud part of the BATM group for many years. As BATM strengthens its focus on innovation and global growth, we’ve aligned our branding to reflect a unified identity. Telco Systems now operates under the BATM Networks brand, marking a new chapter in delivering our customers even more value, strength, and service.
What changes can I expect on the website and in communications?
You’ll notice a new logo, updated branding, and refreshed messaging across our website and materials. While the look and feel are new, our core mission and services remain unchanged.
Is Telco Systems going away completely?
Not at all. Our Carrier Ethernet line of products continues to be marketed under the Telco Systems product brand, and represents a key product line within BATM Networks.
Will my contracts, contacts, or support change?
No changes here. Your existing agreements remain valid. You’ll continue working with the same people you know and trust, backed by even more resources and capabilities from BATM Networks.
What about product names and documentation?
Product names will remain the same unless otherwise communicated. Documentation will be updated to reflect the new branding.
Do I need to take any action?
No, you don’t need to do anything – leave it all up to us. Just note the new branding in future communications, and feel free to contact us if you need updated logos, presentations, or other assets.
